They are Off and Away

I can't believe that it has been two years, since I first met my first class of students. The students that little did I know at the time would spend two years learning from and hopefully in return sharing a bit of knowledge and wisdom with them. Today we celebrated their promotion as they leave the sheltered walls of Elementary School, enjoy a summer, and begin the grand adventure of Junior High. My life has been greatly touched and changed by the lessons and influences this group of 6th grade students have imprinted upon my heart and soul. My dear friends who have been through many things with me over the last two years- Thank You! Thank You for making a difference in my life. Best wishes to you as you are off and away, off to great places, off on new races. May you remember to dream big and put the work into making those dreams your realities.
